Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) is a 2-year global training pro
gramme through which we develop the future leaders of the A.P. Moller - Maersk
Group.
The MISE experience combines practical and theoretical education with broad in
ternational exposure and vast career opportunities.
There are two types of MISE trainees we employ:
General MISE - educated as generalists and prepared for a variety of career paths within the differe
nt areas of our business
Finance MISE - the best way to start a challenging, international finance career
Program Highlights
During the program, the trainee will undergo:
1.MISE training modules in Denmark
2.Job rotations in different locations and business units of China
3.Vessel tour true life experience as a seafarer on one of Maersk Lineˇs vessels
4.International network with fellow trainees from over 80 countries and areas
Upon graduation, there will be opportunities for an overseas assignment up t
