MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to marketing team and managers:such as large g roup meetings orgnization, shipping, new employees,on boarding support, trave l arrangement and reimbursement assistance, document preparation Establish and maintain the customer data base:sales material/ tools stock/ inv entory / shipping. Coordinate BU’s internal cooperation; Coordinate company's internal process;
Handle physician payment: collect service agreement with signatures, receipts, payment processing, payment followup to ensure funds are delivered on time.
Arrange oversea conference: including invitation letter preparation, collectio n, physician name change and followup, physician itinerary re-confirmation, Vi sa information collection and processing.
Assist domestic conference booth/ symposium, logistic setup for meetings
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Fluent English both in oral and written. Good PC skills Strong interpersonal skill
