Junior Developer

Requirements:
- they must have developed projects using Java or C++. They must know how to write UML and Class diagram.
- they must have some exposure to web programming languages like Rails, PHP, JSP
- they must know what Design Patterns (in English) mean: for example do they know what a Factory (in English) is? what a Singleton (in English) is?
- they must speak good english (better than scholar english)
