Responsibilities: 

a) Support all the accounting activities of Commercial Fuels business under joint ventures in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis, including account receivable, cost accounting and general ledger accounting.

b) Consolidate data from Customer Service and Distribution department and prepare weekly aging report

c) Prepare hot list for over limit /overdue account to management for review on a weekly basis

d) Billing to customer on a monthly basis after reconciliation with customers

e) Assist in credit control process including credit search, release, review

f) Prepare MIS for commercial fuels business on a monthly basis

g) Prepare various management report for business as required.

h) Maintain proper and timely accounts reconciliation, including sub-ledgers on a monthly basis

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accountant or Economics.

2) Initiative, responsible, and good teamwork.
