Responsibility:
1.To assist in routine work of regulatory information disclosure of the funds.
2.To assist in routine check of legal documentation of company affairs/fund business.
Requirements:
1.University senior, major in legal. Graduate student for Master degree will be a plus.
2.Fluent in Chinese and English.
3.Knowledge/second major in economics/finance will be a plus.
4.Previous intern experience in a security company or a fund house will be a plus.
