职位描述：Java/J2EE Software Engineer

Responsibility:

Work independently in developing functional modules
Participate in design, technical discussions, and communication with customers
Provide technical guidance to team members
Self-driven for continuous learning and improving

Qualification:

Solid technical foundation and software development project experience
Have in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following technologies
JAVA (EJB/J2EE, Struts, JNDI, Servlets, JSP, JMS, javascript, HTML, etc)
Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
Web Servers (Apache)
Application Servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic)
OOP/OOD
High volume transaction processing
High volume web application development/deployment
Good problem-solving capability
Good sense of responsibility
Good learning ability
Good communication skills
Effective team player
