Requirement:
1.BS Degree in motor or electrical engineering.
2.Solid technical background and at least 3 years manufacturing experience on electrical motor field, pump motor field is plus.
3.Be familiar with the motor manufacturing process.
4.Good understanding of safety and engineering guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
5.Must be fluent in oral and written English.
6.Strong communication skills, good team player

Responsibility:
1.Create the technical document of motor, such as electrical drawing, BOM, specifications and etc.
2.Establish the production process of motor, set up the technical parameters and working instruction.
3.Maintain and improve the production process, provide training to the operators termly.
4.Support to machine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and process improvement on various electrical control system, like PLC control, servo motor control and etc.
5.Preparing manufacturing documentation required for the product manufacturing, such as PFMEA, working instruction, routing/process flow...
6.Assigned by production manager.
