招聘：Payroll Chief

Job Description:

1.Take responsibility for salary, welfare relevant management & processing

2.Familiar labor laws and regulations consultation to line managers and stores

3.Draft out and coordinate social insurance policy for total China (Change, new publish, etc.)

4.Constitutive and perfectly salary system of company

5.Transaction social insurance of Head-office (Pension, Medicare, Unemployment, Injury, etc.)

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree, majoring in HR Management or other management related major

2.At least 2 years relevant payroll working experience, foreign company experience is preferred

3.Be under larger pressure

4.Be responsible, with good communication and interpersonal skills

5.Good command of English in communication& writing and PC skills
