仲量联行招实习生一名,主要做商业招商,具体如下
Location:
On site (North Star shopping centre)，30mins from tsinghua university

Goals：
To execute overall leasing and lease management strategies set by centers
General Manager；
To provide excellent service to both clients and tenants.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Focus on soliciting tenants for two major projects in the North of Beijing；
Reporting To Project Leasing Director.

Key Result Areas:
Lease-out rate

Employee Specifications:
Oral and Written English is required
1-2 years in retail leasing and management experience is a plus;
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office application.

Time:
Start from November,2007
At least 4 days a week
