Position: Marketing Coordinators/Specialists (Location: Shanghai)
Role/Responsibilities – GRIP (Grow Revenue Improve Pipeline & Process)
Could include but are not limited to:
Lead Generation primarily via Cold Call, Roadshows, Seminars, User Groups and other lead generating activities. All leads should be entered in the GoldMine system without delay. GoldMine should have all the latest lead info, at all times, for all leads in the region. For all the leads, there should have at least on scheduled activity in the GoldMine system.
Keep customer database information current for the installed base in the region. (Contact names, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, ect.)
Keep customers up to date with the latest Fourth Shift news and information through email, fax, mailings, etc.
Work closely with the Sales Managers on special projects for the product as needed
Organizing and tracking of marketing/sales literature in the regional office
Responsible for managing all T, S, and D leads in the region using the solution selling process
Represent FSA in a professional, honest and reputable manner
Work closely with business partners for any marketing activities
Help Sales Managers develop and manage Business Partners
Keep in touch with local medias (PR, articles, etc)
Collect and analyze competitors’ information
Goals and Outputs:
Provide weekly and monthly reports to Sales Managers covering the following areas:
Lead generation activities and number of qualified leads
Planned communication with the customers and prospective clients
Planned customer activities: User Groups, etc.
Weekly review of T, S, and D leads
Other reporting and analysis as needed
Work closely with Sales Managers on special projects, etc., to attain each quarter’s revenue margin goals.
At least 8 S Leads a month need to be confirmed by Sales Manager.
At least 50 effective cold calls per week via telephone.
1~3 seminars per quarter including both prospects and customers.
Write News Releases of marketing events, customer win, etc.
Write 1 success story per quarter.
Qualification:
-Over 1 year’s professional experience in market field
-Graduates in Business Administration, Language or Computer Science required.
-Good command of English, both verbally and written
-High sense of duty and capability to cope with pressure
-Flexible to travel worldwide when necessary
