Responsibilities:

Provide medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals and patients to ensure the effective and safe use of our medications:

Respond to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner;

Provide accurate, current medical information to external customers;

Prepare and regularly maintain standard letters as necessary;

Provide medical and scientific support to internal customers in order to maximize brand effectiveness:

Pre and post launch support for all products by therapeutic area;

Proactive brand team participation with action points completed in a timely manner;

Build and maintain relationships with internal customers

Ensure product safety to protect patient and the commercial potential for our brand

Capture and share knowledge to transfer best practice

资历
Requirements:

Bachelor degree of Science or above, medical /pharmacological background desired, with excellent academic records

Ability to speak to patients about heath issues and disseminate information to healthcare professionals

Ability to critically evaluate literature and scientific information

Strong Communication skill

Self-motivated and Team Player
