Job Title 1:

Embedded Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for SonicWALL¡¯s Internet security products and solutions
• Write design and test documents,
• Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs
• Support other teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Working experience on RTOS, such as VxWorks or Linux.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and/or similar networking protocols and concepts
• Good programming skills in C, Good understanding of the challenges of network security
• Fluent in English
• Experience in software localization to Chinese or Japanese is a good plus

Job Title 2:

Linux Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for SonicWALL¡¯s data backup solutions
• Write design and test documents,
• Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs
• Support other teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Expert knowledge of Linux Kernel: device drivers, file systems.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in network security
• Good programming skills in C/C++
• Fluent in English

Job Title 3:

C# Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications for SonicWALL security appliances.
• Maintain and bug fix for user interface related issues.
• Design and optimize GUI user interface

Requirements:

•  BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field.
•   Familiar with the web application technologies: Apache, IIS.
•   Experience in writing web applications, using JavaScript, html, dhtml, Ajax.
•   Good programming skills in C, Perl is a plus.
•   Fluent in English.

Job Title 4:

Windows Exchange Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for SonicWALL¡¯s data backup clients
• Write design and test documents,
• Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs
• Support other teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Expert knowledge of Windows Platform/API: OS, device drivers, applications.
• In depth knowledge of the Exchange Server.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in network security
• Good programming skills in C/C++
• Fluent in English

Job Title 5

Web Application Developer

Responsibilities:

• Writing GUI applications for SonicWALL security appliances.
• Maintain and bug fix for user interface related issues.
• Design and optimize GUI user interface

• Familiar with the web application technologies: Apache, IIS.

Job Title 6:

Win32 Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for SonicWALL¡¯s SSL-VPN secure remote access products and solutions.
• Write design and test documents.
• Work with the QA team to resolve software bugs.
• Support other teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Knowledge of Windows SDK and Win32 API.
• knowledge of Windows COM and ATL programming.
• Multithreads programming experience
• Solid understanding on network security, TCP/IP, SSLv2, SSLv3, TLSv1, HTTP
• Experience with NDIS driver a plus
• Experience with NSIS script or MSI installer a plus
• Working knowledge of web design technologies, ASP, CGI, PHP, HTML, XML, SQL, etc¡­
• Fluent in English

Job Title 7:

Security Product Automation Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and automate test cases and test plans for the company¡¯s Internet security products and solutions
• Write automatic test scripts for SonicWALL¡¯s security appliance
• Design automation test bed 
• Work with others team to resolve any inner and customer issues

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Experience in a Linux environment, familiar with Linux tools
• Experience on Perl scripting language 
• Understanding of TCP/IP and knowledgeable in IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and/or similar networking protocols and concepts, is a plus
• Experience with automation testing tools such as CDRouter or SilkTest is a plus
• Fluent in English

Job Title 8:

Software QA/Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and automate test cases and test plans for the company¡¯s Internet security products and solutions
• Perform quality assurance and testing throughout the software development process
• Perform testing for software releases and hardware development
• Execute tests on networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls

Requirements:

• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• Ability to perform various test activities ranging from functional, boundary, error, performance, capacity, stress and load testing
• Familiar with the software testing tools: IXIA, Smart Bits, Chariot, Spirent, Web Avalanche/Web Reflector
• Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and/or similar networking protocols and concepts
• Good programming skills in Perl and Tcl/Tk; C is a plus
• Administrator level experiences on MS Windows and Linux operating system
• Experience with automation testing tools such as CDRouter or SilkTest is a plus
• Fluent in English
