招聘职位

	Associate Software Engineer
	Reports to: Development Manager Responsibilities: • Performs software development programming and maintenance of an increasingly complex nature • Has good understanding of one or two products • Assists senior team members with moderate duties, to gain exposure to more difficult software development tasks such as definition and design • Works somewhat independently, though operates under moderately close supervision • Primarily implements someone else's design, although simpler projects may entail some design work • Produces high-quality code according to projected schedule • Thoroughly unit tests all code he/she develops • Provides quality and timely fixes to the problems assigned to resolve • Utilizes internal training, mentoring, and self-study opportunities Education and Work Experience: • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, Master is a plus • New college grad with intern experience up to 2 years post-college software development work Specialized Knowledge and Skills: • Demonstrated ability to work with the software development process, object-oriented design, C++ and/or Java and/or .Net. • Demonstrated team player with the ability to learn complex technical material • Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills

	Associate QA Engineer
	Reports to: QA Manager Responsibilities: • Associate level Quality Assurance Engineer whose role will be to perform in-depth testing of a variety of SPSS products with the specific focus on automated testing • The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the development and execution of test plans and test scripts with specific focus on automated functional testing of SPSS products. This involves both developing approaches and using tools for advanced automated testing, as well as writing programs and working with development teams to increase the testability of products. • Responsibilities include properly documenting and recording test results, and communicating defects and problems to management throughout the QA test cycle. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, Master is a Plus • Experience in software development using Java • Experience with automated testing software and/or quality assurance training • Experience with Windows, Unix or iSeries platforms • Database/SQL knowledge (DB2, SQL Server or Oracle) • Experience with multi-tier client/server applications and web applications • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Team oriented and a positive “get it done” attitude • Able to apply a rigorously organized engineering approach to solving problems • Eagerness to take on responsibility and natural curiosity to creatively search for software defects a must

	Statistician
	Research on latest methodologies in data mining and mathematical statistics Requirements: • Ph.D. degree in statistics, or a closely related field, or Master degree with three years of relevant post-graduate working experience • Substantial experience in information retrieval, data analysis, and data mining • Broad and solid knowledge of statistics • Possess outstanding competence, and demonstrate ability to initiate and perform research and development activities under minimal supervision • Proven oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese languages
