以下是职位的要求与描述：
Location: Beijing
Primary Responsibilities:
-Work as a software engineer on Classic OTA Tools R&D
-Responsible for software development activities including implementation and testing
Specific Duties:
- software development analysis and design
- software development/implementation with Java / C#
- performing unit test/system test over the application being developed
- software tools test/validation activities
- Work closely with other engineers to ensure high quality of product/tools delivery
Education/Skill requirements:
- Master Degree candidate in Software Engineering/Informatics/Computer Science
- Knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis & Design with UML.
- Familiar with development/programming in Java / C#
- Familiar with Eclipse Plug-in development is a plus
- Good sense and awareness of software quality
- Good English communication skills and should be comfortable in multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge in Smart Card/GSM or CDMA wireless network is a plus.
- Knowledge in XML, Python will be an advantage
