senior accountant (october 9/07)
general objective
to verify and guarantee that all the administrative, operational and finance process at the restaurant as well main office work efficiently, allowing a productive, harmonic and secure operation.
responsibilities
*. effective revision of the accomplishing of all process based in the ones previously approved. 
*. to review suppliers payments (including invoices and delivery forms), petty cash reimbursement, other payments, verifying the accomplishing with the internal policies as well legal regulation. 
*. to categorize each invoice as expense, inventory, cost, investment, etc., according to standard accountancy principles and internal policy. this will be based on the approved chart of accounts.
*. be in contact with fortis to review final cost of goods, sales and expenses before to the final release of monthly financial statements.
other requirements:
age: 24 to 32, and chinese only, female preferred
language skill: english is good

 

knowledge: accountancy and microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, internet explorer, outlook express), fiscal and labor regulation
