(SCC) is the head office in Asia/Pacific region. SICA specializes in Headhunting in Hotel and Hospitality Industry, Hotel Management Training, Hotel Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) Training, Hotel Operation English Training, and other hotel related consulting services. Built on a solid and stable foundation, SICA & SCC are industry leader in both U.S. and China.

Internship trainees (Female)

 

 

* Requirements for SCC Interns:

 

 

-      Students from University or this year's graduates, Major in Hotel / Tourism / English /Business will be preferred.

 

 

-      She should be able to use all common business software (Word, Excel, PPT).

 

 

-      She should speak fluent English.

 

 

-      Exceptional interpersonal skills.

 

 

-      Good person presentation

 

 

-      Detail Oriented

 

 

 

 

* Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

1.    Main contact for Executive Staff.

2.    Responsible to keep all staff schedules and appointment calendars updated.

3.    Timely collation and reporting of expenses for staff.

4.    Occasional translation of documents.

5.    Frequent typing of reports, agreements as well as developing power point presentations and other presentation materials.

6.    In charge of taking accurate telephone messages.

7.    Responsible to distribute incoming faxes, send outgoing faxes as requested by staff.

8.    Distribute mail and send mail as needed.

9.    Maintain database of contact companies and people.

10.   Coordinate events for SCC onsite and offsite.

11.   Periodically checks work area and maintain a neat and orderly work area.  Observes company policies per manual given.

12.   Performs other duties as assigned.

13.   Collects, sorts and organizes data for routine or special business reports.  May copy, collate, assemble and distribute reports are requested.  Performs special projects or tasks when requested by superior.

14.   Operates necessary office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copier, fax and computer.

15.   May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested.

Remark: The chance to work in our Company or an international hotel in Shanghai after the six-month internship with us (SCC will assist the intern in job search and placement), and Salary will be paid as formal employee according the qualifications.
