- English ability; excellent verbal and written English; CET6 above

- Analytical ability; good quantitative skills; demonstrate ability to solve problems, both academic problems and everyday life tasks; prefer accounting / finance majors

- Technical skills; must be experienced in major business software eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Communication / interpersonal skills; good personality; excellent communication skills; have demonstrated leadership skills; prefer extroverts

- Good attitude; must be willing to work long hours and be a team player; should be ambitious and willing to learn;
