IC数字设计或验证工程师(职位1)

职位描述

--- 视频信号的高速串行传输及存储器高性能数字电路及混合电路的设计或验证,设计者将有机会设计高性能数字的电路

模拟/混合集成电路设计工程师(职位2)

职位描述：

主要从事视频信号的高速串行传输及存储器中数据串行接口芯片中高性能模拟及混合电路的设计和开发。设计者将有机会设计高性能ADC/DAC,filter,BGR,IO,PLL,TX/RX等电路。将会参与下面每一个环节：电路系统结构，电路实现，设计报告，版图和芯片测试。

职位要求：

--- 电子电机学硕士或相关专业具有1年以上研究或工作经验;

--- 从事CMOS模拟电路研究和实现的硕士及博士;

--- 熟悉hspice或其类似仿真软件，cadence composer或其类似电路设计工具;

--- 扎实的半导体及器件知识;

--- 良好的英语听说写作能力;

Job Description:

Providing high performance analog and mixed mode circuits for leading serial Video interface and serial storage interface products, between gigabit and 6 gig data rate or higher. Designers have opportunities to design high performance ADC/DAC, filter, BGR, I/O/, PLL, TX/RX etc. Team members participate in circuit architecture, circuit implementation, design review, layout, and silicon validation.
Requirements:

--- MSEE with circuit research experience or 1 years of work experience;

--- Ph.D. with circuit research in CMOS analog design and implement;

--- Familiar with hspice like simulators, cadence composer like entry tools;

--- Solid knowledge on semiconductor and devices;

--- Good communication in both written and spoken English;

--- Knowledge in signal processing and communication theories is a plus;

---- Good programming skills in either C or shell/perl/python/tcl are preferred;

Qualified candidates must have experience in one or more area of design high performance circuits in the following

--- High performance CMOS analog design experience in Serdes;

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the characterization of high-speed mixed signal IC chips, particularly for GHz high-speed serial link type products. The prospective candidate will perform characterization works and design the test/evaluation boards.

The job includes but not limits to: BER (Bit Error Rate) test, noise immunity with respect to supply and temperature variations and other timing issues such as setup/hold time violation and jitter tolerance. He/She will develop characterization plan and high speed signal measurement methods. Support IC designer chip debugging, operation production, and technical marketing support.

Requirements:

--- Higher education background - usually M.S. degree is preferred, with working experience over 1 years;

--- Understand the transmission line effect;

--- High speed (GHZ) scope experience is a big plus;

--- Spectrum analyzer;

Linux Device Driver软件工程师(职位7)
