POSITION DESCRIPTION

1.Position : Multimedia SOC Architect
Location: Beijing, China
Reports to:Director of Hardware Engineering
Job Description: In this role you will participate in design highly complex digital communication and multimedia SOCs. Responsibilities will include product requirement analysis, hardware/software partition, IP core evaluation, system modeling, performance analysis, and chip architecture definition.

Candidate Qualifications:
Senior Level, BS in EE or CS required, MS strongly preferred.
- Excellent technical background in CMOS IC design for mixed-signal chips
- Hands-on experience in system requirement analysis design for embedded multimedia product development.
- In-depth system level expertise in terms of system-on-chip architecture design and optimization, such as software/hardware partition, bus architecture, memory hierarchy, chip debugging and test
- In-depth expertise in embedded CPU including performance evaluation, booting scheme and debug environment.
- Good understanding with SOC software environment such as RTOS and driver is highly desirable
- Experience with graphics processing and video/audio compression algorithm is a big plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well organized, methodical, and detail oriented

2.Position:Market Analysis(Semi-conductor, Digital TV)
Location: Beijing, China
Reports to:VP of technical Marketing
Job Description:
-Establish best practices for gathering, analyzing and summarizing company and product related information on customers, partners, competitors, market, and industries;
-Develop market research and competitive analysis on competitors, customers and industries based on gathered information;
-Responsible for regularly distributing intelligence information across the whole company;
-Responsible for the content development, design and production of marketing materials, like corporate identity, brochures, advertising, etc.;
-Manage company presence and participation at industry conferences, seminars, trade shows and other events;
-Develop and manage relationships with vendors for the production of marketing materials to ensure all communication products meet the corporate standard, timeline and budget requirements.

Candidate Qualifications:
-Focus on information research of digital TV industry.
-5+ years of marketing experience, preferred in IT or Semiconductor industry.
-Excellent analytical, inter-personal, and teamwork skills.
-Proven excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
-Understanding or experience of the DTV and/or Set Top Box ASIC market and key players is definitely an asset.
-Capability of understanding and analyzing quarterly and financial reports is a plus.
-Good project management and budgeting skills, detail oriented and ability to undertake initiatives with minimal supervision.
