2006年腾讯科技亚太有限公司(ARTESYN TECHNOLOGIES ASIA-PACIFIC LTD)被艾默生网络能源有限公司全资收购成为其子公司。艾默生网络能源是Emerson 所属业务品牌，在电源业界内拥有全面可靠的电源解决方案，包括接入式电源、联机、电源供应、电源系统及精密空调系统，服务全球电信网络、数据中心、保健中心和工业设施等。
在被收购之前腾讯科技亚太有限公司(ARTESYN TECHNOLOGIES ASIA-PACIFIC LTD)是世界上第五大EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Services)电源制造商，国内厂房主要设在广东省中山市，厂房占地面积达5万平方米，拥有雇员5000多人。在嵌入式系统市场具领导地位，专为服务器、存储设备、无线和电信系统的基础结构应用，提供设计、制造，以及销售电源转换和嵌入式板卡解决方案的全球领导者。公司产品广被泛应用于高端服务器、数据存储设备、路由器、集线器、高速调制解调器、射频放大系统、基站控制器和收发器等产品中。
