Project Managers needed in Ericsson China R&D Institute.

Job descriotion:
Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities and Main tasks:
· Provide high level of leadership in development and industrialization process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market
·Drive different functional teams in order to reach commitment concerning the necessary activities, schedules and resources.
·Identify, plan, coordinate and follow up of all project-related activities.
· Forecast and control project budget

Qualifications:
· Master degree or above from top-class universtity(Engineering background preferred)
· Strong business and management awareness
· Strong leadership potential and good communication skills
· Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
· Well organized, structured and logical thinking
· Initiative and positive working attitude
· Excellent in English, both writing and speaking
· Development potential
· Quick learning with good development potential
