Caterpillar R & D Center (China) Co., Ltd (CRDC) is established to support Caterpillar’s strategic goal to achieve profitable leadership in emerging markets. CRDC’s mission is to provide research & development and intellectual property management excellence and expertise to support the implementation and execution of Caterpillar’s emerging market strategies in China. Through qualified technical talents and partnerships with universities, CRDC’s mission is to be the industry leader in China for R&D and intellectual property management.
Caterpillar R & D Center is located in Qingdao and it has been in operation since August of 2005. We are looking for talents with Master degrees in the following engineering fields:
· Mechanical Engineering (机械工程)
· Mechanical Design（机械设计）
· Mechanical Electronics Engineering（机械电子工程）
· Automation（自动化）
Fluent speaking and writing skills are required in both Mandarin and English.
