Responsibilities:
1, Fixed assets & other settings purchasing and summary updating.
2, Coordinate new employee on board process.
3, Collect & Consolidate survey results.
4, Setup filing system.
5, Prepare all payment request forms related OM.
6, Arrange insurance issues for staff/CP/ROS.
7, Help to communicate with MS/HR/vendor/line manager regarding interview issues, conduct paper test & scoring.
8, Assist MSA/MSM to arrange outing/culture activities logistics.
9, Help to organize different training activities, sometimes need ranslate internal training materials.
10, Other admin support & HR reports.
Requirements:
1, Patient, detail oriented spirit
2, Excellent English & computer skills, especial EXCEL
3, Good communication skills
4, Stable, mature & committed
5, 3 days above available per week
