Main tasks:
- 72 hours order confirmation for all customers.
- Assist Sales Manager(Engineer) to handle purchasing order from customers
- Coordinate with local Product Manager , Production Line , Logistics , Warehouse and QA in order processing
- Communicate with global sales team and other Unaxis Optics manufacturing site to enhance the transparency, efficiency and accuracy in order processing
- Coordinate the order/ delivery /quality complaint issures with customers
- Entails maintaining customer file, data entry to SAP systems
- Summarize periodic manufacturing shipment situation and make up customer service cockpit
Qualifications
- College degree or above, major in English /Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience or knowledge of international trading/Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of ERP systems(SAP) in a manufacturing enviornment is preferred
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Outlook
公司在外高桥,每天早晚都有班车接送到市区各个站点,工作时间为9:00--17:30,需要大四学生,一周能够4-5天到公司,只有三天的就不用投了
