芯微技术(深圳)有限公司是2003年1月由美国芯微技术公司在中国投资成立的全资控股公司。总部位于加州圣地亚哥。
美国芯微公司，作为世界顶尖的模拟和混合集成电路设计公司，汇聚了许多来自美国硅谷的IC界精英，有着丰富的IC
设计和半导体经营经验。目前公司从资金、产品、和市场等各方面已颇具规模，在管理和技术层面，几乎可与世界一流的大

中国作为世界上最重要的市场之一，一直是芯微关注的重点。为更好的服务中国客户，充分利用本土资源，结合中国

电路产业化基地。通过三年多的艰苦努力，芯微稳步发展，2004年，公司申请承担了国家863计划信息技术领域超大规模
集成电路设计专项课题的研究开发任务，设计一种基于生物识别技术的低生产成本，易于推广使用的高性能、高可靠性、高
集成度的指纹传感器。2005年10月该项目通过验收并成功实现产品量产。 同年底，公司获得国家信息产业 部认定的“IC
设计企业”资格。2005年6月经深圳市高新办的批准，迁入高新区软件园，人员规模和占地面积已具相当规模。2006年4
月，公司通过ISO9001质量体系认证，在一定程度上增强了公司的市场竞争力。
芯微（深圳）公司产品主要定位在模拟和混合集成电路，面向数字化的采集、存储、处理、和显示，其产品的相关技术
在中国和美国均有申请专利。未来，芯微将在现有的技术基础上，不断拓宽市场，围绕有线、无线的数字音频和视频传输，
数码应用等领域开发新产品，包括IEEE1394B, PCI-Express, MOBILE1394等。芯微将不断地在新兴数字/模拟技术领域展

Job Responsibilities：
-Windows application development.
-SDK development, maintenance, and support.
-Documentation.
Job Requirements：
-Good C/C++ Skills, previous MFC experience prefer
-Solid understanding of computer science theory. Strong mathematic background.
-A self-starter with strong analytic skills and problem solving skills.
-Good English skill.
-Previouse lab research experience
-Master degree in Computer related major from a prestigious university.
-Team player with good communication skill.
Analog Design Engineer 3
Job Responsibilities：
-to develop novel analog/mixed-signal block or top circuit,
in particualr at high-speed, low-power aspect
-to verify the design according to the specification
-to provide guidance to layout designer
-to support application engineer for optimal solution
-to provide development document
Job Requirements：
-BSEE with analog circuit design experience in industry,
MSEE preferred
-Good knowledge of design Amplifier, Op-amp, ADC, PLL,
Voltage/Current reference, Bandgap
-Good knowledge of CMOS technology
-Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking in the
working environment
IC Digital Design Engineer 5
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the development of ASIC.
-Assist or responsible for digital circuit design, RTL-level/gate-level design verification, logic synthesis, timing analysis
-Implement digital chip or block according to specification.
-Perform chip or block verification, including simulation, timing analysis, and FPGA prototyping.
-Validate design with benchmark.
-Assist or responsible for the FPGA verification of ASIC.
Job Requirements:
-MSEE or BSEE of Electronics.
-Familiar with C and Verilog, it is better that has experience on EDA tools, such as Synopsys tools, Nc-sim, ModelSim, GCC.
-Familiar with or experience in Digital Signal Process design, it’s better that has experience in designing common DSP modules, such as digital filter, Equalizer.
-Familiar with audio and video process.
-Familiar with related communication Protocols, such as USB, TCP/IP, and Ethernet.
-Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing.
