Global Consumer Group (GCG) MA Program (花旗银行个人银行部管理培训生)

– Leadership development in local market
– 2 weeks orientation followed by one 24-month or two 12-month assignments
– Opportunity for fast track growth
– Opportunity for all round exposure across multi-functional within the consumer bank
– Classroom training and e-learning will be provided during the program
– In-country assignments

Profile of a GCG MA

In addition to a strong academic record with a master degree, the key success factors are:
