It will be engaged in the following business: research and development of networking equipment (including but not limited to switches, cross connects, routers, multiplexers, and associated network and element management systems) and communication software; licensing and assignment of self-developed technology and self-owned technology; product testing; and provision of related technical support, consulting and ancillary services.
