Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and reliable post-sales corporate Premier & Professional customer support for a moderate to complex scope of technical issues and problems with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise and timelines. Be capable on the resolution of the critical problem in Windows Server operation system. Collaboration and engagement with the internal resources to get the problem solved in a timely manner. Participation into the training and self-development on technical/professional excellence.

Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years IT experience

- Understanding of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server Platform technologies.

- Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication in both verbal and written English and Chinese.

- Cantonese is required.

- B.S. degree in C.S.

- Self critical and motivation

- Teamwork
