Below is the requirement for our intern position.
Company Introduction:
Region is a professional executive search company specialized in providing executive search, HR consulting service & Marketing evaluation for enterprises.
Region was well established by professionals who hold more than 10 years consulting experience in multinational companies.
With the aggressive expansion in the past years, Region has become one of the biggest professional search firms in China.
Responsibility:
1. Update the database everyday
2. File management
3. Try to communicate with potential candidates by telephone or email
4. Arrange the interview for Consultant
5. Do other admin work, such as: pick up and transfer the phone selectively, express delivery management
Requirements:
1. Grade 3 university students in Shanghai ("211" Universities preferred), English, Technical & Science related major preferred
2. Good English both written and spoken (CET-6 or TEM-4)
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
4. Willing to learn and develop in Headhunting / Recruiting fields after graduation
5. Girls who are Fast Learner and with nice character will be welcomed
6. Available to work during summer / winter Holidays and 3~4 days work per week after term begins
