Netorus Inc. is a private IT company based in Shanghai, China，moved to China to build brand-new ERP/MES technology in 2002 from LA, California, and it is high time to expand this patented technology business to Northern America and Europe.

Netorus is expanding its business to the US & Canada as well as Europe, thus is looking for natives who are capable of conducting business activities either in the US, Canada or China under the supervision of GM. All these positions may require frequent travels around the US, Canada and China.

Job descriptions

Executive Secretary (2 Openings)

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Secretary are to assist in daily management tasks. Including:

1.        To ensure that the Management work is performed efficiently, according to Managers instructions and schedule;

2.        To arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international) ;

3.        To make sure of the maintenance and usage of documents at company level, company shops, etc. and to do the daily administration according to company regulations;

4.        To make sure of the effectiveness of Management meetings, according the Managers instructions;

5.        To prepare and deliver presentation of ERP/MES system after training.

6.        To organize Research & Deployment activities

7.        To organize Research & Deployment consultants working on site and arrange daily schedule;

8.        To assist the general manager when necessary to work on other assignment.

cGMP/CSV Validation Consultants(2 Openings)

The primary responsibilities ：

1． You will be part of the Quality Assurance team which defines the quality policies and make sure that they are executed by the entire personnel.

2． You will learn about FDA cGMP/CSV regulation guidelines and put them in practice into software quality control.

3． You will assist review boards and be responsible for the writing of several kinds of technical reports that assure the project advancement feed back to the client.

4． Knowledge of IEEE regulations regarding software quality development or a former experience in software quality assurance is a plus for this position.

5． You will assist ERP/MES R & D consultants to do the system deployment on client sites.

ERP/MES Research & Deployment Consultants (2 Openings)

The primary responsibilities ：

1． You are the bridge between the client and our software team.

2． Your job is to collect requirements newly defined by clients and to transmit them to the software teams for implementation, and to communicate to the client about the advancement of the work.

3．During deployment, you will also be in charge of performing and reporting installation audit/qualification and operational qualification.

4．In parallel, you are responsible for the system requirement definition of new systems that can improve the efficiency of the ERP/MES/FCS system.

5．Software system testing and user training.

 6. Assist clients to perform system initialization.

7. System feedback.

8. ERP/MES professional presentation.

Required Qualifications

Netorus is looking for smart people, capable of synthesizing problem and proposing solution, capable of organizing the work and substituting in the client position to understand his requirements and satisfy his needs. (2). Graduate students with Master’s Degree in Biology, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering or related fields; MBAs and Business School graduates are preferred.

(4). Excellent interpersonal Skills and expressing abilities and can act according to the circumstances.

(5). Strong interests in ERP/MES of pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
