【Responsibilities】
1. Develop mixed-signal related circuit blocks.
2. Design high speed mixed signal IP block, such as High speed SRAM, standard cell, IO, PLL, DLL etc.
3. Responsible for full-custom circuit design, simulation, optimization and verification.
【Requirements】
1. MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields; went thru graduate level Analog design course work.
2. Knowledge of full custom digital/analog circuit designs and transistor level theory is required.
3. Knowledge in SRAM, IO and PLL design is preferred.
4. Familiarity with the Cadence design environment and simulation tools is preferred.
5. High responsibility for work and good ability of cooperating with colleagues.
