美铝（上海）铝业有限公司

美国铝业公司（“美铝”）是当今世界上最大的铝产品制造公司，产品主要用于包装、运输、航空、建筑和工业等方面。

美铝和上铝于1995年1月20日签订了合资经营合同并于4月10日获得营业执照，正式成立美铝（上海）铝业有限公司。公司投资总额7500万美元，注册资本2500万美元，其中美铝占60%，上铝占40%。公司的经营范围包括生产、加工、销售铝箔和铝卷产品，铝箔层压产品及有关产品。

Job Description:

? In charge of collecting, understanding customer standard and related requirement such as workmanship, FA requirement, cosmetic standard when start new project.

? Provide customer standard training to final inspectors.

? In charge to prepare clear guide and work instructions including FQC checklist and quality inspection policy to FQCs to conduct inspection.

? Review FQC findings and communicate quality issue to manufacturing to request corrective action and monitor their corrective action efficiency and the status.

? Qualify and monitor FQC skill and performance, do re-qualification assessment every month.

? Organize weekly internal quality training to FQCs reviewing all the quality issues, customer DMRs and get lessons from.

? Work with manufacturing or warehouse for customer complaint and DMR investigation and prepare 8D.

? Prepare customer DPU, QPPM and internal FQC DPU, QPPM report to monitor the problem trend and organize corrective actions.

? Communicate with Mfg engineer and engineering for some engineering issue.

? Review and approve ECO and follow it up.

? In charge of measurement equipment/ tool calibration schedule and recall

Personnel Requirement;

1. Good English Level with good communication. CET 6 is more prefer.

2. Engineering Course is more prefer. Machanical drawing reading ability.

3. Good personal with open mind and good communication level.

4. Good attitude to work.

5. Familiar with Computer and use Excel, word, power point, ect.
