Talent & Culture Intern (Human Resources Department)

Job Location: Beijing

Role
Report to T&C Manager
 Support one T&C Specialist in Beijing Office

Responsibility
 Daily HR operations support
 Training activities arrangement & coordination
 Organizing employee’s teambuilding, manage bulletin board retreat, employee annual health check and other activities etc.
 Employee Communication and Employee Services
 Other HR projects supporting

Qualification
 Undergraduate or Postgraduate student
 Proactive, dynamic, strong interpersonal skill, high efficiency, diligent and open-minded.
 Strong computer skill
 Good English in oral and written
 Minimum 4 days working time per week is required.
