Next Generation Training Program National Oilwell Varco has developed the Next Generation Program, which will train and develop high potential college graduates for future leadership positions. Each Next Generation employee will have 4, 3 month assignments during their first year of employment. They will rotate throughout different divisions and different cities. The rotational schedule is designed according to the individual’s degree and interests and focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in all different aspects of National Oilwell Varco.
