The junior consultant is member of the group strategy and performance / market intelligence. The main tasks that determine this profile are:

 Our junior consultants are first of all supporting our project delivery. As experts they help our clients to develop a strategy or to implement a solution. The expertise should cover strategic and operative issues. A sound understanding of management methodologies and telecommunication technology facilitates the ability to satisfy highest demands of our domestic and international clients.

Our junior consultants also support our sales as they are involved in the preparation of proposals and the acquisition process towards our clients.

 

Professional experience

experience in telecommunication industry

familiar with management consulting methodologies

cooperation with international companies

Educational background

Post graduate degree of a top university

areas of study: economics, management, marketing, finance, or MBA

Additional skills

strong capabilities in MS power point, excel and word are mandatory

excellent Mandarin and English language skills (written & oral),additional German language skills are an advantage

The junior consultant/ Consultant is member of the group of Quantitative Marketing, which provide our clients with recommendations which might range from as high-level as marketing strategy to as detail as product & tariff design.  Professional experience

Work experience in marketing departments of MNCs, especially those who have taken functional responsibilities such as market research, product development, MarComm etc.

Educational background

Bachelor degree from a top university (Post graduate degree from a top university is a plus, but not required)
