SPECIFIC DUTIES 1. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming user requests in our ticket system 2. Responsible for the timely creation and disabling of eBay Inc user accounts as well as facilitating access to network resources. 3. Corresponds with Users and Management for various requests and approvals. 4. Act as Identity Management Resource for AP Market and therefore required to complete tasks related to various IDM projects and respond to IDM email inquiries. 5. Will be cross trained for Global Service Desk tasks and technical trouble shooting 6. Other duties may be assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS A. Education Associates degree in a computer related field. B. Experience 1. 1-4 years experience in Help Desk support (PC, Network, or Systems). 2. 1-2 years of customer service, preferably in a technical environment. 3. Experience in a fast-paced Internet company a plus. C. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent written and oral communication in native language and English. 3. Knowledge of PayPal and eBay applications preferred. 4. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 5. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Internet software. 6. Excellent attention to detail. 7. Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through. 8. Must be a team player willing to work issues through to completion. 9. Internet savvy, good problem-solving abilities, analytical. 10. Must have the ability to work independently and prioritize work. 11. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers. 12. A working knowledge of Active Directory and User administration is helpful. 13. Experience in working with a help desk ticketing system is a plus 14. Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Windows XP is an must 15. Experience with MS Exchange a plus. 16. Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Office 2003 |
