We e looking for rockstar engineers to help us carry out the next giant leap in entertainment and education. If you want to build great things and tackle incredibly difficult problems with an international team founded by former Microsoft and Google people, lets talk.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate is passionate about solving challenging technical problems, has a bachelors degree in computer science/computer engineering, at least 1 - 2 years of experience in the software industry. Candidate should have experience with 3D game development, Game input schemes and interfaces, and a good sense for software architecture. Knowledge of DirectX, XNA, or .NET is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Must read, write and speak Chinese and English. Knowledge of C++ or C# is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop technology to meet application design goals.
* Architect new systems to specification.
* Advise programming and art team of platform specific requirements
* Lead and mentor an intern software engineer
* Create and maintain tools and utilities as necessary
* Create task and schedule estimates
* Coordinate bug tracking process with QA
* Assist in the creation of the project technical design document (TDD)
* Ensure the delivery of project milestones to the stated criteria
