HSBC Software Development (Guangdong) Limited (HSDC) in Guangzhou has become a Global Technology Center in China since March 2005, sharing the same Vision, Mission and Core Values of the HSBC GLT family.
HSDC is part of the HSBC Group - one of the world's largest financial service organizations. Headquartered in UK, the HSBC group network spreads across 10,000 offices in 83 countries with a customer base of 125 million.
HSDC is responsible for the successful delivery of IT systems and software to support the banking operations of HSBC Group globally.
HSDC’s competitive advantage arises out of its ability to deliver robust technology solutions across various banking verticals. Our associates deploy their technical skills on a range of technologies including AS400, Mainframes, Data warehousing, Client Server Databases and web technologies, to name a few.
HSDC is driven by strong processe and quality initiatives. It has been assessed at CMMI Level 3, and set the progressive target to reach CMMI level 5 in 2008.
HSDC has created a strong technical resource pool of software developers in Java, AS400 and mainframe platforms and has successfully delivered a numerous projects to its clients located all across the globe.

Currently HSDC is situated in THREE locations in Guangzhou , all are easily accessible by the Guangzhou metro subway –
