Responsibilities:
·
Manage the whole resume sourcing process, from initial CV screening , initial interview to candidate offer management;
·
The candidate should be able to understand a position in the Company and based on the inputs given be able to source candidates from media/websites/Headhunters or through referrals and networking.
·
Act as a coordinator between internal clients and external candidates regarding interview schedule, feedback collection, and communication with the candidates etc;
·
Look into the hiring process, initiate improvement, and ensure the progress;
Requirements:
·
Bachelor Degree or above;
·
Experience in recruiting with multinational companies is preferred
·
Good sense of internal customer’s service;
·
Can work under pressure and have good time management skills;
·
Good English language ability;
·
Proficient in computer and MS Office
·
Available above 3 working days every week
