Actuarial Assistant/精算助理

Position Objective
The responsibilities for the Actuarial Assistant will be to assist other senio
r actuarial staff and line manager in terms of actuarial work in the Actuarial
Department.
This will entail various analysis and calculation work as well as preparation
of reporting information.
Key Performance Areas
Book-closing Work
• Assist in Reserve Calculations
• Assist in calculation of Embedded Values and Reconciliation of Embedde
d Values (Trading Analysis)
• Assist in Sales Incentive Bonus Calculations
Day-to-Day Actuarial Work
• Review Claims (Surrender, Mortality, etc)
• Support other departments regarding calculations
Business Development
• Assist in actuarial work relating to Product Development
Financial Reporting
• Assist in the preparation of reports, to Accounting, CIRC / Shareholde
rs, Reinsurance Companies, etc
• Assist in all kinds of financial projections
Experience Studies
• Assist in the preparation of regular experience studies of lapses (mor
tality, surrenders etc) and expenses

Requirements:
• Passed some of the recognized actuarial exams with the ambition to
study for further exams
• Knowledge in actuarial system, such as MoSes, etc
• Analytical
• Problem solving
• Stress tolerant

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree and above in relevant studies
• Passed some of the recognized actuarial exams
• fluency in spoken and written English
