Title: DRM QE lead (Project: DRM)

Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Engineering efforts of the China DRM QE team.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure execution of the responsibilities of the team.
- Be a strong representative of the team; communicate status with management in the US and China.
- Contribute to QE planning and task management in collaboration with US-based team.
- Take hands-on responsibility for key parts of QE for the project.

Skills/Experience
- Proven track-record as a leader for QE efforts and teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to use bug/defect
tracking/management tools.
- Ability to design and write QE Test Plans.
- Strong black-box testing skills for desktop applications and/or client/server solutions. Cross-platform experience with Windows and Mac is a BIG PLUS.
- Test automation experience, using scripting tools such as PERL, Python, ANT, Eggplant etc.
- Prior knowledge and experience in Rights Management; Security Technology is a BIG PLUS. Specific areas include: digital signatures and certificates, encryption technology, public/private-key solutions etc.
- White-box testing skills/experience is a BIG PLUS; specifically programming skills in C/C++; Java; Scripting languages such as ActionScript.



Title: LiveCycle Junior QE (Project: LiveCycle)

Specific responsibilities
• Develop, implement and update QE test cases and test tools;
• Perform black box and automation testing
• Use internal bug tracking and test case management system
• Coach, train and mentor contractors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at US, Canada and India;

Knowledge and Skills
• 4+ years experience in software testing, including 2+ years in Enterprise software testing.
• Require BS degree in computer software, Information System or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge on OS platforms of Linux (SuSe or RedHat) and Windows Advanced Server 2003, UNIX is a plus
• Advanced knowledge on at least one application servers, such as JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, etc.
• Knowledge on at least one database, such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills,

Title: Globalization Quality Engineer Lead for AIR (Project: AIR)

The Adobe AIR team is looking for a strong Globalization QE Lead to join us for AIR Internationalization and Localization testing. We e looking for an experienced QE Lead to ensure the integrity and quality of a critical piece of the AIR. Responsibilities
• Collaborative work with engineering teams at various sites, such as US and India;
• Manage and support local vendor in globalization and localization functional testing activities, and make sure to deliver high quality without delay;

Title: LiveCycle Workbench QE Lead (Project: LiveCycle)

Position Summary
An experienced Senior Quality Engineering professional who can lead a small team of black-box QEs, whose mission is to validate the quality of J2EE based server/client enterprise software.

Responsibilities / Impact
• Mentoring and guide team members of various skill levels
• Writes, reviews and executes project plans of various scales
• Provides project status to management regularly as well as identifying and suggesting mitigations for high-level risks, and dependencies.
• Confidently represent team in interfacing with US, Canada plus other global organizations
• Makes timely and solid decisions.
• Impact on department’s technical direction and successes

Title: QE Manager – LiveCycle SAP Integration (Project: LiveCycle)

Position Summary
Adobe China R&D’s Enterprise software group is looking for a talented and highly motivated QE Manager to lead the LiveCycle-SAP Integration team. As a hands-on manager, this leader needs to guide a team of 9 quality engineers toward operational excellence and optimization of resources. The current team has processes in place and executes well on project deliverables. This manager needs to be an experienced people manager who can develop the team for growth, not only in size, but also in growth of individual team members. Some areas of focus will be automation, expansion on breadth of team’s technical knowledge, and improvement of operational processes. This manager will need to work closely with other Adobe engineering units, primarily in North America. Excellent English verbal communications is expected.

Knowledge & Skills
• 7+ years experience in software QE or development, with at least 3+ yrs in people management roles
• BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ yrs in Enterprise Software development
