Position: Assistant Consultant/Consultant Responsibility: Through cold call or face to face meeting with potential clients, to get the assignment and understand the detail job responsibilities and requirements of the positions; Provide professional executive Search Service to our client, and help our customers to acquire excellent talents;
Searching candidates with the broad talent-searching network; Evaluate and short list potential candidates through communication or interview; Communicate with client and candidates and settle problem and make sure we could successfully closure of the assignments; Industry Market research and useful market information collecting; Team work and meet the companys sales target;
职责: 通过电话销售开拓潜在客户,深刻了解客户职位需求,并获得客户委托; 为客户提供专业的人才搜索服务,帮助客户获得优秀的人才; 通过我们广阔的搜索网络,搜索候选人,并通过沟通和面试对人才进行评估和筛选; 与客户和候选人保持沟通解决问题,保证顺利完成客户的委托任务; 行业市场调查,收集有用的市场信息; 与团队合作,完成公司销售任务;
Qualifications: Associate degree or above; Good at presentation in Chinese ; Can work independently and under pressure; Demonstrated good negotiating and strong customer service skills; Team work, self-motivate, fast response; Good PC skill; More than 1 years of staffing relevant working experience, Hi-tech industry or MNC working experience preferred; Good spoken and written English preferred; 要求: 大专以上学历; 中英文表达良好. 独立工作能力强. 能适应快节奏的工作方式; 优秀的沟通谈判能力和客户服务技巧; 善于沟通和聆听;为人随和、平易近人; 具有强烈的自我成长欲望; 热爱挑战性的销售工作; 具备基本的办公软件操作的知识; 工作年限不限.有1-2年以上的工作经验优先; 有电子行业背景及跨国企业工作经验优先; 英文口语流利者优先;
