人力资源实习生

工作职责：
1、研究市场信息；
2、根据职位需求，对接收的简历进行分类、筛选；
3、协助招聘面试。
4、搜寻合适候选人
5、协助完成简历报告以及搜寻名单

任职要求：
1、专科/本科或研究生在读，能保证3~6个月基本全职的实习时间；
2、认真踏实,沟通表达能力强；
3、对人力资源招聘相关工作感兴趣；
4、英文水平优秀者优先考虑；
5、可承受工作压力

 

 

Researcher

Responsibilities:

l          Work with consultant together in project implementation

l          Make direct sourcing of prospective candidates in targeted companies

l          Building-up database and collecting information of market talents and clients

Qualifications:

Ø         Colleague degree or above, major in chemical, IT, electronic, machinery, finance is preferred

Ø         Open-minded, flexible, earnest, proactive, smart, result oriented

Ø         Able to work under pressure and with patience

Ø         Good communication skills

Ø         Solid computer and internet skills
