鼎桥通信技术有限公司（简称TD Tech或鼎桥）是西门子通信集团与华为技术有限公司共同
组建的全外资企业，于2005年3月18日在北京挂牌成立。该企业专注于TD－SCDMA技术及相关
产品的研发、生产、销售和服务，并以中国市场为立足点，全力推动TD－SCDMA 技术的商用
成功。TD Tech公司的总投入超过1亿美金，西门子与华为分别持有51%和49%的股份。
西门子通信集团是世界前列的国际通信设备提供商，足迹遍布160个国家，在全球GSM和第三
代移动通信系统领域居领先地位。西门子TD-SCDMA的研发项目始于1998年，到目前为止积累

Company Overview
TD Tech Ltd. is the wholly foreign owned enterprise(WFOE) of Siemens Communicati
ons Group and Huawei Technologies Ltd.. It is formally established on March 18,
2005 in Beijing. The WFOE is developing, manufacturing and marketing TD-SCDMA te
chnology, however initially, the focus of the sales is in China. Both parent com
panies have together injected more than USD 100 million, with Siemens holding 51
percent and Huawei 49 percent.
Siemens Communications Group is one of the top three international telecom equip
ment venders with footprints in over 160 countries, and it takes leading positio
n in GSM and 3G worldwide markets. Siemens started its development in TD-SCDMA b
ack in 1998 and has to date invested more than EUR 170 million in this technolog
y. Huawei Technologies Ltd. is one of the most successful local telecom equipmen
t venders in China with footprints in over 40 countries. It is also the major Ch
inese supplier for GSM/WCDMA/CDMA2000. Both companies bring to the joint venture
decades of experience in telecommunication technology, and their combined stren
gth and know-how will give TD-SCDMA a powerful push for market success in China.
