注塑/喷涂/镀铝/工业工程师/Engineers for Injection/Spray Coating/Metalization/Industry

- On site production technical support, problem solving related with machine and process in injection/lacquering/metalization process.5S implementation.

- Monitor, improve the process and equipment capabilities and capacity, and control the quality.

- Build up training, work shop program and internal assessment for 5S implementation.

- Manage and introduce 5S and 7 waste Internal training and Kanzan work shop.

- Staff development and training and assessment.

维修工程师/Maintenance Engineer

- Make preventive maintenance plan and following up according to the equipments requirement.

- Repair machine to support production

- Maintain spare-parts.

- Analyze machine problem and take actions.

技术部翻译/秘书/Translator/Secretary of TtM

- Excellent English and German communication ability

- To assist TtM Dept. to handle daily work

- Translate documents

- Coordinate and communicate with Dept. for internal and external issues.

以上职位要求/Position Requirement:

- 理、工科专业（机械类优先），学士学位

- 熟练的英语或德语听说读写能力。（技术部翻译/秘书要求专业英语八级）

- 具备较强的独立解决问题的能力，会使用质量工具；具有精益生产理念

- 熟练的电脑操作技能，会使用SAP软件者优先

- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
