Job Description

• Research Assistant
– Capability of Logical thinking and Strong quantitative skills
– Data research skills
– Very good proficiency with MS office applications (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
– Capacity to handle multiple priorities
– Flexibility and commitment
– Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
– Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Support the consulting staff by ensuring the smooth operations of Beijing office and assist them directly when required. This support will involve the administering and running of Beijing office which including

– High level management support
– Production and Presentation Assistance
– Research & Case Assistance
Requirements
– Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately
– Solid communication skills, which will enable effective communication with people of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities
– Strong research and business experience and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
– Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
– Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by the senior Management team.
