招聘职位：
1. Test Developer
Responsibilities
l Test system development (both HW &SW)
l Reference test station setup and verification
l New test solution development and evaluation
l Create test documentation (e.g. test instructions)
l Provide training and support to production site engineers
l Test process optimization
Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above major in EE, telecom, measurement & instrument etc
l A few years experience of software development, C++/C#
l Knowledge of dominant mobile telecom system (GSM,WCDMA etc) is a must
l Basic knowledge on circuit design(RF and baseband)
l Experience on RF and digital/analogue instruments
l Statistical data analysis capability
l Working experience in consumer product production automation test is a plus
l Good command of English both oral and written
2. Test Engineer
Responsibilities
l Responsible for preparation and implementation of test equipment, test methods and test processes effectively according to budget and other requirements
l Preparation and maintain test documentation
l Maintain close relationships with test engineers within SonyEricsson to ensure that test engineering support is available when required
Requirements
l Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering with good knowledge in telecommunication, automatic testing
l Experience from work as a test engineer in an electronic manufacturing environment
l Excellent English both in writing and orally
3. Electronic Verification Engineer
Responsibilities
l Provide reports to verify electrical producibility in IP builds and TP run1524, 1524-3, 1524-1, GDFS and product design review and input through DFM-T/DFM-E/PPV
l Main interface towards R&D, Support to R&D, Test development & Production
l Participate in industrialization projects to focus on elec. Product design and work together with R&D
l RCA reports on Product/ITP/Loader/ASIC Components/Test Methods
l Test and Technical strategy development on RF, Base Band, Optics, Acoustics and Flash
l Yield improvement activities. Requirements
Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above, skillful in RF or Base Band or Optics or Acoustics technical area.
l RF: Master in Telecommunication Engineering or Electromagnetic Field and Microwave. Have work experiences on RF (GSM/UMTS/Edge/Bluetooth/AGPS/FM) measurement. Better know of GSM/UMTS/Edge/Bluetooth/GPS/FM technology.
l Base Band: Master in Electronic Science and Technology or Measurement Technology and Instrument. Better know of Power Supply and A&D and Audio technology.
l Optics: Have work experiences on electrical Optic measurement. Better know of LCD and Camera technology.
l Acoustics: Have work experiences on electrical Acoustics measurement. Better know of Ear and Speaker and Mic technology. Know well Acoustics 3GPP.
4. Senior Trouble Shooter
Responsibilities
l Trouble shooting of boards & Make records in Tetris system
l Analysis the difficult faulty boards and try to get the solution
l Check products repaired by repairing operator
l Report daily work and any abnormalities to repair engineer and process technician
Requirements
l University education or relevant major on electronics or telecommunication
l Good daily English
l Basic computer operation skill
5. SMT Engineer
Responsibilities
l Perform evaluation of new components and new product designs against product specifications and producibility requirements
l Be responsible for doing design reviews following the Design For Manufacturing methodology of new PBA designs
l Participate in hard ware concept and pre- studies to ensure every new product can use the most efficient manufacturing technology available
Requirements
l Deep knowledge of PCB and PBA manufacturing requirements
l Manage English on a professional level in both writing and the spoken language since this is our company language
l Degree or equivalent in Industrial Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
6. SMT Production Management
Responsibilities
l Responsible for each individual product by quality performance and documentation in Production division
l Overall coordinate for quality improvement actions and some product related improvement
l Working with Quality and Engineering division to make sure the good implementation and follow up of ECN
Requirements
l At least 2 years SMT working experience
l Good language skill in English both written and oral
l University education in engineering
7. SMT Product Engineer
Responsibilities
l Working as the product owner to be responsible for each individual product in terms of the product quality performance and documentation in Production division
l Overall coordinate the product related actions and implementations in Production division including quality improvement actions and some product related improvement activities by working together with maintenance team and production team
l Working (as the product owner from Production) together with members from Quality and Engineering division to make sure the good implementation and follow up of ECN
Requirements
l Good SMT experience in terms of both equipment maintenance and process set up
l Mobile phone industrial experience
l At least 2 years SMT working experience
l Good language skill in English both written and oral
l Basic knowledge of the quality tools
l University education in engineering
l Good team work
8. Production Management Trainee/Quality Trainee/Logistics Trainee
Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above
l Good command of communication skill in both English and Chinese
l Skillful in using MS office series
l Could work under pressure and adapt to shift work
