We offer one year assignment for a Masters-level graduate across a range of HR organizations to provide short and long-term planning, decision making, and strategic analysis and support. Under the direction of Sun HR professional team, successful candidate will demonstrate and develop capabilities in leadership, strategic decision-making, teamwork, problem solving, organizational effectiveness, influencing, and effective communication. Job Description --------------- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and/or delivering HR products and services that meet the specific needs of the organization and individuals within the client group. Areas of focus may include organization effectiveness, performance management, retention, compensation, workforce planning, organization design, research, evaluation and analysis of data/programs, as well as special projects and events. Required Knowledge •Pursuing a Masters in HR, ILR, OD or Business Administration •Excellent academic credentials with proven comprehension of business basics •Relevant work experience between Bachelors and Masters programs or during Masters program is preferable •Proven leadership capability •Ability to think strategically and articulate how HR can improve business effectiveness and effectively partner with clients •Interest in building an HR career •Strong interpersonal, teamwork and project coordination skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and results orientation •Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications •Ability to work independently and efficiently on time-sensitive projects and be comfortable with ambiguity send your resumes to Resumes@Sun.Comwith the title HR Intern |
