职位描述：
1、软件开发工程师——SPICE模型软件：
开发SPICE 模型参数提取的软件

要求：
－－－微电子（或电子工程）专业，本科以上学历
－－－熟悉半导体工艺和器件物理
－－－良好的数学基础，了解数学优化算法
－－－一定的软件编程能力 (C++, JAVA)
－－－最好有1年及以上工作经验

Software R&D engineer – SPICE modeling tool：
Develop software tool (engine and GUI) for SPICE model generation, include device measurement, model extraction, parameter optimization, corner model generation. The models are for MOSFET, BJT, Diode etc.

Requirements：
－－－Bachelor degree or above with the major in semiconductor or electrical engineering
－－－Solid knowledge on semiconductor physics and process
－－－Solid knowledge on mathematics, especially optimization algorithm
－－－Some knowledge on programming (C++, Java)
－－－prefer one year or more work experience

2、JAVA软件开发工程师：
开发用户图形界面

要求：
―――本科以上学历，有一定的英文读写能力；
―――精通Java2，有两年以上经验，熟悉Swing/Awt界面设计；
―――熟悉基本的Unix/Linux操作，熟悉OO和软件工程；
―――熟练使用Eclipse/JBuilder等集成开发工具；
―――熟悉Swt或有C/C++编程经验者优先；
―――熟悉模拟和数字电路者优先；
―――有工程软件开发经验或能够适应工程软件开发。

Java Software R&D engineer：
Develop Java GUI, script for SPICE modeling tool

Requirements：
―――Bachelor degree or above in engineering, with good English skill
―――Solid knowledge on Java, Swing/ Awt , min 2 year experience
―――Understand the Unix/Linux shell and other tool
―――Experience on Eclipse/Jbuilder
―――Experience on the development of large scale software
―――Candidate with EE background is a plus

3、应用工程师——出口软件技术支持：
国际客户的技术支持

要求：
――― 电子专业毕业,本科以上学历
――― 有集成电路设计经验，熟悉工艺流程
――― 熟练掌握CADENCE等设计工具软件，能独立安装软件
――― 熟悉LINUX, SUN等操作系统
――― 英语六级以上，口语流利，懂日语者优先，有海外工作或学习经验更好
――― 必须可以适应国际出差。

Application Engineer -- Support oversea customer：
Support customer in US, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, demo our software tool, and help user to fix the problem.

Requirements：
―――Bachelor or up degree on EE
―――Solid knowledge on IC design and process development.
Industry experience is preferred
―――Knowledge with the major EDA tool like Cadence etc,
especially the circuit simulation tool
―――Familiar with Linux/Unix’s shell environment
―――Fluent English is a must, with fluent Japanese skill is a plus,
experience of oversea study or employment is preferred.
―――Can travel to oversea countries

4、应用工程师——文档技术支持：
a. 负责NPI相关的文档手册或用户指南的起草、修改及编辑
b. 负责产品技术材料或手册的翻译及编辑
c. 学习产品的结构、功能函数、说明及操作来支持产品测试和手册的起草编辑
d. 根据产品样品的制作和检查，负责项目文档计划

要求：
―――电子工程或相关专业，本科以上学历
―――有文档编辑一年及以上工作经验，有较强的写作和总结能力
―――熟悉微软Office工具，以及PageMaker
―――有较强的责任心和自觉能力，积极肯干，注重细节
―――有良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力
―――流利的英语写作及口语

Application Engineer -- Support Document Technique：
　 a. Responsible for NPI related manual/user guide draft/check/edit;
　 b. Responsible for product technical material/manual translation and
edit;
　 c. Learn product structure/function/spec/operation to support product
test and manual draft review/edit;
　 d. Responsible for project documents plan, follow sample make and
sample check.

Requirements：
―――Bachelor or up degree major in electronic engineering or the related;
―――1 year or above experience in document make/edit, strong ability in
whiting and summarization.
―――Skillful in MS office, familiar with PageMaker
―――High responsibility and consciousness of quality, positive and
attention to details,
―――Good communication skill and problem solving ability
―――Fluent English in both written and oral.
