Position: Part Time Associate (PTA)
Location: Beijing

Currently, Monitor has approximately 1,000 professionals working in 28 offices around the world.
Monitor Group would like to invite all outstanding students to apply for our PTA position in our Beijing office. PTA will work closely with our experienced consultants to support the case team and deliver value to clients. The PTA experience with Monitor Group serves as a key foundation for students to develop consulting skills in a wide range of industries and client settings.

Position Description:
As a PTA, your initial assignments will mainly focus on:
•Secondary and literature research on given topics
•Interviews, both tel & face-to-face
•Data analysis
•Result summary & delivery

To support your growth and development, we offer structured training programs at the beginning, and more practical on-the-job trainings all through.

What we look for:
•Penultimate graduates with bachelor degree or master degree graduating in 2009
•Applicants who demonstrate superior academic and extracurricular records from outstanding universities
•Excellent Chinese and English proficiency, Japanese or other language fluent spoken would be a plus
•Familiar with all the office software, esp. word, excel, PowerPoint
•Outstanding analytical, communication skills and teamwork spirits
•Time bandwidth work with the case team 3 days per week as needed
